I know that Medellin in particular, and Bogota to a lesser extent, are considered monger heavens by many, but fate may allow me a trip soon to Cartagena I'd be excited to see the historic old city, but can't find much on the mongering there Anyone have experience? Cabarete is a short drive away much more mellower There will be less chicas to choose from but still very good selection Las Terranes is further east, but is amazing in so many ways Plenty of Chicas too choose from without the craziness of Sosua It can be a bit difficult to get to though Either option will satisfy the monger

Caesars is pretty popular on the monger circuit and I had some time to kill so I figured I'd check it out Location is interesting as it's at the top of a huge mall with a giant sign outside that advertises the spa There's a direct elevator up to the 15F or you can go through the mall Check-in seems to be standard for spas
