Fogo has gone down while their prices have gone up I'd say Texas de Brazil and Chama Gaucha are the top, Fogo, then everyone else Chama Gaucha is most of Fogo's old management and their old vendors before they were purchased and went public Texas de Brazil has some different cold items salad bar, but both are nearly identical otherwise

Fogo has a more upscale atmosphere - softer tones, nicer bar lounge, and quieter dining environment when not at high capacity However I prefer the salad buffet bar at Rodizio - (which is self serve apart from the meat deliveries) Rodizio has more selection, hot dishes, and a little more to complement or balance out the non-stop meat

I feel Fogo De Chao is leaps and bounds above Texas de brazil At TDB the meat is almost always too salty, and dry Also not as tender The atmosphere is darker (at least at the new orleans location that has since closed down) I've been to 2 FDC's in 2 different cities, both time, I left in a food coma from all that meaty goodness
