How do you guys interpret the interaction between 400 10 and 400 12 in the nec? If you are connecting a cord and plug machine in a shop, which arguably creates noise and vibration, are you allowed to disregard 400 12 which states you cannot have cord run through a drop ceiling? I know I wouldn't do it myself, but this section of code is very vague
