Recently, out of nowhere I received a ZipCash toll bill from NTTA (North Texas Tollway Authority) I do not live in Texas, nor have I or my vehicle ever driven in Texas The license plate on the vehicle that used the toll is from my state but has never been associated with me, but apparently is on a similar vehicle to mine

Edit: Called NTTA and they're cool with getting called up and updating an existing car with the rental info They also said that although the tag is non-transferable, if I update the account with the rental info and carry a tag tapped to the windshield like u imtearable said, it would work for using the exit lanes at the airport
