First mortgage was 2 5 years ago with NatWest Had payday loans and persistent overdraft use on account, plus some other debts and had no issues Moved into a new house last week (new mortgage also NatWest) and no issues despite being at the upper end of affordability and persistent overdraft use (no other debt)
