I had the same problem, very frustrating My Fidelity reports list National Financial Services as the payer DON'T use National Financial Services when trying to import your data into Turbotax They will ask for a "Wealth Scape ID" Instead select Fidelity from the list Then it will allow you to sign onto your fidelity account directly
