- Newsky. app VA Flight tracking platform - Page 2 - AVSIM
2: The Newsky VAs -- the real ones -- all have a shared economic model within the Newsky universe I know your trip stats affect the profit (or lack thereof) your trip earns for your VA I also think the Newsky universe tracks passenger demand and traffic across all VAs I am technically in one Newsky VA for British AV Geek but haven't flown
- Newsky. app VA Flight tracking platform - AVSIM
And flightplan via simbrief offers more options incl selecting anything from rwy, Star etc whereas the hit and miss button in Newsky does all the work for you Short version, I will probably also continue to plan my flight outside Newsky but just wanted to try the in-app solution because Bob mentioned he ran into issues
- OnAir, Neofly, Air Hauler 2 and The Skypark Opinion Request
NewSky looked cool but no general aviation aircraft I like how I can fly GA in a C172 in OnAir for a job or just for pleasure You don't have to actually be doing a job to use your aircraft It looks like it's all airliner jets in newsky with some corporate general aviation jets as well I can't recommend FSEconomy
- Alternative to FSPassengers - For Specific Conditions - Page 2 . . . - AVSIM
Newsky is still under development and the developer is very active It has a fairly simple economy model which takes into account Fare revenue and costs such as handling fees, fuel etc It's free to use so the only thing it will cost you is a little time to see if you like it
- MS 2024 Career mode (Airline) vs A Pilots Life V2 - AVSIM
It is free, and if you like the concept you will likely enjoy the career mode in MSFS 2024 as well Other alternatives that you could look into are Newsky (free), OnAir (subscription but very well made, there is a trial period), FSCaptain (free but in early beta for MSFS 2020 and 2024), FSEconomy (free but a bit dated), and Air Hauler 2
- What are some good and popular Virtual airlines? - AVSIM
Have a look at Newsky, a free app that contains a lot of VAs that use it I tried Newsky for a week or two, and went back to A Pilot's Life BOBSK8 MSFS 2020 , PMDG 737, iFly 738Max, PMDG 777, Fenix A320,SWS PC12, SWS Kodiak , Black Square Turbo Duke, Milviz 310R, FSLTL , TrackIR , Avliasoft EFB2 , Beyond ATC , Flightsim First Officer , CLX PC
- Alternative to FSPassengers - For Specific Conditions - AVSIM
Newsky is free which is great However as they have explained on their site, is mainly geared towards airliners and I see many GA aircrafts such as Wilga, Zenith CH701 etc and helicopters missing Prev
- A Pilots LIfe V2 and PMDG-Fenix - Page 4 - AVSIM
I think Newsky runs outside of MSFS and probably uses Simconnect to read data That means there is basically zero chance that it causes a CTD [3] APL is around since 2018 or 2019, Newsky is much younger Also, every pilot first has to enrol in the Newsky Academy (for 1-2 flights), which has about 4500 pilots in it, plus about 250 active pilots
