I have Nexus installed in a custom folder named \VST, and it's content was installed in a subfolder of that custom folder (\VST\Nexus Content) I think if you install Nexus to your preferred location on your flash drive, let's call it F:\VST, the only thing you would need to do is to move your Nexus Content folder inside F:\VST
