Those don't actually make you hear allot better, just louder There programed on a 'standard hearing loss', wish in my opinion doesn't really exist Most ppl have hearing loss in some frequencies and not in others, the difference is what causes the most issues So just making it louder doesn't always fix it (It can in some cases tho)
