I don't have that exact CPU, only a Ryzen 5 3600 but the temperatures you are getting are a little bit too high In general Ryzen CPUs get hotter than Intel CPUs but 82 is too much

I've been playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey on my A16, AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS, Radeon RX7600S I noticed my laptop is getting super hot at the game's medium settings even though the game is running at 100+ fps (though I capped it to 60)

Capping the framerate might help bring the CPU usage down a little if you're getting >60FPS, but Assassin's Creed Odyssey is known for being very CPU intensive so probably not a lot you can do

The issue here is the constant 100% usage when playing Odyssey, which leads to higher temps and - depending on what CPU cooling is available (stock cooler, custom etc) - noise generated by the cooler can also become a problem
