You'll have to contact the sender If OnTrac is showing not received nothing can really be done from contacting them Let the seller know the issue and the seller will need to start an inquiry with OnTrac Basically the chain goes you are the shipper's customer and the shipper is OnTracs customer so they are in a much better position to actually find out what's going on and get it moving

So I have been waiting for an order that unfortunately is supposed to be delivered by OnTrac, and initially the tracking data was updating and showed it had arrived at a facility an hour away from me The package had been marked as out for delivery for a couple of days, now, but is still not delivered

Contact your state's Attorney General about OnTrac with all the above outlined and tell them you have filed a police report and have it all documented Report OnTrac to the FTC for failure of delivery and failure of service If you used a credit card, find your window to do charge disputes Goods not received is a major one
