OHSU is very biased towards people who are IS and who have Oregon Heritage OOS with ties : From what I understand, since I am still processing, I haven't even been added to the pool for mission-based screening or otherwise held for OOS non-mission screening in February

OHSU says their goal is to get a decision to you within ~6 weeks of your interview date However, the consensus from this year (and the threads I've combed through from previous cycles) is that there is no hard set rule I heard back at almost exactly the 6 week mark Someone earlier in this cycle's thread heard back 2-3 weeks after interview
