Ironically we were going to "fix" it for v14 1 but as noticed by Stefan Observium recommend not enabling that feature and instead using the CLI So if you wish to change this behaviour you can do so by following the instructions, otherwise use the commandline to add devices

Awesome news that you got it going! :) Re why the service says "active (exited)", I can the immediate reason why that is the case It's because if you look a little closely, the 'ExecStart' command of postfix service is bin true (which is a tiny commandline program which simply returns the boolean value of True - or in the case of bash, exit

[edit] I've looked through a few "Observium - Graphs shows no data", etc and none of them look relevant to me Finally, I'm not particularly familiar with Observium, so if you could step me through how I can recreate the issue on a fresh v17 1 Observium instance, then I'm almost certain that I'll be able to fix it!

I know that Observium includes a whole heap of mibs (in opt observium mibs ) but AFAIK it also relies on system mibs too Anyway, glad that's got you going Please report back if you have any further issues or questions
