Offerup emailed me a "gonift" $30 gift card - legit or spamware? I received an email from OfferUp to my main email box that says I have a $30 credit at GoNift from them I've used the platform for a few years, but these days I almost never open emails at all assuming they are scams Did anyone else receive this? Is it legit?

You’re better off contacting offerup at this point Dude can get the product for free if he just says you never sent it and offerup will believe him It’s like selling something on eBay then disregarding eBay and personally sending the package out yourself

Basically OfferUp getting you to go to a knock off Groupon… they want you too spend 150$ to get an extra 100$ in product (spend150$ to receive 250+tax in product) which you have to pay the tax at 250$ it is at your local places around your area, it’s just a promotion so they can trick companies to pay them 20% or more plus give away 80

Offerup and Craigslist are now considered a bargain bin selling market, also the economy is horrendous and doesn't help either I've not sold there for months and will probably go back to eBay and Amazon because I'm not letting my collectable items and stuff in new condition sell for dirt cheap anymore

I believe OfferUp rolled their software onto a state where the majority of posts don't make it neither do new users get any privileges to post Either they manually tightened their programming algorithm to not allow posts for a while or they truly broke everything this time
