Have I been misguided all my life, or do stopwatches actually count in centiseconds, and not milliseconds, as I’ve been led to believe? The conventional stopwatch that I use is in the format of MM:SS:(CC) Since there are only two digits in the last section, the watch is counting in 1 100th of a second, which is a centisecond by definition

I mostly use YT for work I’d like to keep the timeline visible at all times so I don’t have to stop the video to mark the time and write my notes I can’t find anything useful online I can leave the cursor on the timeline and that works a little but it gets bumped off I’m hoping for a default setting that will allow it to always show
