2 My ooma is upstairs- I connected the Ooma to the wall jack upstairs That cable came down to where the Vista and comm module is located The cable coming down is a cat5 cable I cut off the end of the cable coming from upstairs to reveal 8 strands in the cat5

I've found that Ooma Mobile HD on iOS (the current version) does not see "all contacts" on the phone I have two contact lists, the default one for iCloud and one through my employer's Outlook connection Ooma Mobile sees entries only from the Outlook list, not iCloud Other apps I have, including Google Voice, can see all the contact lists There's no setting for this I can find, and I tried

When I press *1, the caller can hear the on-hold music I press the extension to transfer to, and Ooma says "call transferred " I hang up the phone, and the caller is disconnected We can do the announced transfers successfully We have a mix of phone handsets, and the behavior is the same on any of them

Can't get my father's Telo revived Had my own for years, but never seen this before The play light flashes about once per second, and nothing else lights up Phone line is dead I've tried everything I know to try -- hit reset on back, unplugged replugged power and everything else As soon as power is plugged back in, the play light returns to its flashing
