Not surprised if ooni releases new ovens soon The koda 16 is two years old and their old ovens (ooni pro, 3, 2s, originals, etc ) were very primitive in design The koda ovens were the first time they tried to make something better With the new ovens that are out now which work so well hopefully ooni can innovate and put something good out

For pizzas that bake for longer at lower temperatures (New York, Sicilian, Grandma, Detroit), I typically still use my home oven I don't need the heat of the Ooni and the home oven holds the temperature more constant over the longer bake time You definitely can make these styles in the Ooni though, just for fun or some extra charring
