In the Windows task manager, on the Processes tab, end task on any Opera processes that are running In Windows Explorer (File Explorer), goto "C:\Program Files" and look for the "Opera GX" folder If it's there, delete the whole folder Do the same with the "Opera GX folder in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Programs"

Be aware, I (and a few others) are having issues where updating doesn’t work, and you’re stuck in a never ending loop of “restart opera Gx to finish install -> restart -> restart opera gx to finish install”, and the only way to get an update is to delete everything (because OFC the uninstaller fails), go registry diving, reinstall from the offline downloader, and have it all happen
