Recent sent emails were stuck in my outbox Followed advice to reinstall my BT Mail App My outbox was then empty with message saying all sent But they do not show in my sent folder I wish I'd screenshot the list so I would know which were important to compose again as I'm unsure whether they did

Message stuck in outbox and crashes app There is an email that is stuck in my outbox since Friday, although strangely it was delivered as the recipient called me regarding it When I click on the outbox in the app it shuts the app down I read a previous post and cannot see if my email is premium, which probably means it isn’t

I have just started using the BT email app I tried to forward on an email to another btinternet com user in my household and the email didn’t send and got stuck in an outbox - screenshot below (not sent box) Every time I try to click on the outbox the app closes I’ve logged on to my email on bt c

Yes:) I think you're focusing on insignificant details-I am a Premium Email customer, I can send receive using my BT Mail App, I can also send receive using Outlook on my old laptop-which is at work, and incidentally, I have a BT Business broadband account at work

I have two issues with the email Outbox: 1) Using the app on my Android phone outgoing emails (or some of them?) are failing to send and then going to the Oubox This isn't happening when I use BT email on my laptop 2) Why isn't there an Outbox showing in the web email? Any help will be appreciate
