Can try lowering the brightness to minimum manually, and changing the overheating settings on the zv-e10, it's by default set to medium temp but apparently you can change it to allow higher temps with pretty minimal risk according to the content I've read watched about it

u ap1222, the overheating is normally due to the device either pulling more amps due to the adapter not pushing the correct voltage and or pulling more volts due to a low amp build In either case, it doesn't end well for the end device, which in this case is a lot more expensive repairing your laptop, than getting a correct ac adapter to begin with Don't take risks with lower end adapters
