Naturally, I suspected overheating I could not confirm it though, sensors in BIOS right after reboot showed high, but not exactly lethal temps, in the range of 80-ish degrees Still, it doesn't shut down randomly, only in-game, so I went and bought a fresh thermal paste (I was using stock Intel cooler with pre-applied thermals)

Can try lowering the brightness to minimum manually, and changing the overheating settings on the zv-e10, it's by default set to medium temp but apparently you can change it to allow higher temps with pretty minimal risk according to the content I've read watched about it

With performance mode I also had overheating issues while plugged hbf would shut down (have also on fast charge and stapm) It would go up to 35-40W and ramp up the temps and somehow the fan curve was really low and not keeping up with the high tdp My workaround for new is seeing manual to 20-22W while plugged (20W is performance's tdp) That way the Fan speed increases with the higher tdp

So here's a (working) suggestion to reduce the laptop from overheating: Stop CPU boost when the laptop is charging- This will literally solve your noisy fan problem while charging and also keep the laptop from being very hot
