Or, possibly there was a deal made with MLB that The Show had to be developed for Nintendo to keep MLB rights Either way, having Nintendo hardware being part of crossplay means that World War 3 will likely happen before there would be a huge graphical or game engine overhaul

Before I had a console to play MLB the Show, I played MLB perfect inning on my phone If a game on your phone back in 2015-16 can get players in their individual team uniforms, then a console game should have that feature as well
