But I made the misstake with my PLX-500 and DJM-250mk2 that I used Line in on both the mixer and the turntables Try to set the turntable on Phono and connect then RCA to phono as well, it made the quality go up for me

As previously noted, some units have had this issue and it has been resolved in future production runs If you are hesitant to receive another PLX-500, I might suggest you either wait for a different batch to arrive, or to upgrade to the PLX-1000, which is certainly designed to be more robust and performance-oriented than the PLX-500

The RCA cables on the PLX-500 are fixed, not removable like the PLX-1000 You would have to replace them yourself, or have a shop perform that for you Unfortunately nobody here is authorized to provide the instructions on doing so You can contact an authorized service shop for additional information or assistance

I have had my PLX-1000 roughly 1 year now and have been having some issues with the sound as of recent Basically, the problem is the right output phono line (white) on one turntable Currently it is working for phono (not always though) and not working when sending signals to Traktor Scratch only sound comes out the left speaker

The pitch fader on my plx 1000 is not properly holding the right tempo When I have the fader at zero, the tempo is not actually at zero, but much faster When I slowly move the fader down it will bring the tempo close to +3 then jump to -3 The only way I can get my pitch to go to zero is if I hit the reset and leave that on

Got the PLX 1000, and sort of happy with it after some tweaks And I was wondering about the play several PLX-1000 owner users experience in the arm bearings, me included The bearing set screws is also glued tight, are there a reason for the play in the arm bearings?
