When PNC replaced EWC with EWC+ last winter this PNC Bank - Web Connect setup started being used for EWC+ as well as for WC For me, WC continues to work well but EWC+ with this PNC Bank - Web Connect setup has had intermittent reliability issues Hopefully, it works better for you

regarding this PNC Bank issue, I tried on my own today, and I was able to connect my four PNC accounts with "PNC Bank - Direct Connect" I was able to authorize successfully on the web, at last! Perhaps this means they actually have resolved the issue, since I didn't run into any errors, and my PNC balances are correct

When both have been deactivated, try setting them up, again, using the PNC Bank - Direct Connect setup link in Add Account If they are already deactivated then I am a bit stumped because they should be setting up with DC assuming you are trying to set the up via PNC Bank - Direct Connect

@cbinder4 Try these steps to get the EWC+ connection to work Make a backup of your data file Deactivate all of your accounts with PNC by going to the Online Services tab in Account Details and clicking on "Deactivate"
