- PNC Bank not downloading since February 23, 2026 — Quicken
Good morning, all My PNC Bank accounts have not downloaded any transactions since 2 23 2026 I am using Direct Connect

PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday

Anyone having issues again with downloading from PNC Bank? It says it connects and there's nothing to download but I know that is wrong

PNC Bank provides our account information to a third party company called Direct Connect and Quicken downloads our account information from Direct Connect, not PNC

regarding this PNC Bank issue, I tried on my own today, and I was able to connect my four PNC accounts with "PNC Bank - Direct Connect" I was able to authorize successfully on the web, at last! Perhaps this means they actually have resolved the issue, since I didn't run into any errors, and my PNC balances are correct

PNC confuses the issue by having two different institutions with the name differing by the connection type However, they allow the Express Web Connect type under the one named 'PNC Bank - Direct Connect'

But for the specific accounts below the PNC Bank - Direct Connect FI on the right side it clearly showed there is an issue with the downloads because of the 10 13 2025 last data date

As of May 17, 2023, Direct Connect to PNC is not working I have reached out to both Quicken and PNC The Quicken support team mentioned that this is a PNC Bank issue I spent more than one hour with the PNC Support people I still cannot connect and update PNC Accounts in Quiken and have also lost a direct connection to PNC Any thoughts or ideas?
