Worlds in Ultramar would be an example of places that produce aspirants as well as guard regiments (auxilia) Necromunda is known to be a place the Imperial Fists recruit and also has famous guard regiments That being said I've never heard of any Marines recruited from the major guard regiments template worlds (Catchan, Cadia, Mordia, etc)
