Click on the Parallels icon in the Mac menu (looks like a laptop computer screen with 2 white windows in it) and with your current Windows 11 active (not sleeping) go to Devices > CD DVD > Connect image and select the ISO image you downloaded (most likely in your Downloads folder so navigate to that and click on Open)
