- Signs using must exit instead of exit only - AARoads
A Google search for <Delaware "Must Exit" sign> turned up, among others, this one that must be relatively new in view of the Clearview The same Google search turned up Delaware's MUTCD and it calls for "Exit Only," but I guess some newer signs adhere to their older protocol

- Lettered Exits - AARoads
On 2021 04 09, I noticed the Maine Turnpike Authority on the Maine Turnpike Approach (Route 703) started using a lettering-based exit scheme on this particular stretch of road I'm not sure if the Scarborough Connector (Route 701) got it, or if the Turnpike Authority plans to put exit tabs on the guide signs The exits on Route 703 previously had no exit numbers or letters at all until

- Exit Gore Signage - AARoads
Exit Gore SignageStemming from a recent discussion in the Clearview thread about exit gore signs, I got to drawing exit gore signs based on California spec and FHWA spec California's gore signs (G84-2 and G84-3) are significantly narrower than those used in other states and I suspect the reason has to do with "lateral offsets" The G84-2 sign is basically the pre-exit numbering gore point
- California @ AARoads - Interstate 580 East - Alameda County #2
The next exit on Interstate 580 east is Exit 45, Hopyard Road south to Pleasanton and Dougherty Road north to Dublin An interchange sequence sign also provides the distance to the ensuing three exits Exit 46, Hacienda Drive; Exit 47, Santa Rita Road; and Exit 48, El Charro Road Fallon Road Photo taken 07 04 06
- Left-aligned exit tabs on signs for normal (right-hand) exits
The sign for the first exit ahead would have the tab on the right and then the sign for a further exit would have it on the left, so I suspect someone was trying to "balance" the tabs for appearance reasons
