From the photos looks like something viral - carp pox, lymphocystitis there are an endless array of possibilities It often comes and goes with temperature changes and there is no particular treatment - though improved water quality and not overcrowding fish seems to help A close up would be helpful but from what I can see, these spots look "closed" not open wounds
