The AARP game site version of Outspell doesn't have the option to pick your own letters so why are two systems combined on the same scoreboard The players on the AARP site don't have a chance to get the highest scores since they are competing against players from a site with many more scoring possibilities

I don't use the boosters but every time I play outspell, using ipad, every time, yes EVERY TIME (AARP, are you listening?) the game fails and I have to restart it several times I do eventually get it completed and I usually do get my points, but why so many hiccups? On the other hand, no points f
