In my games, Parthia usually loses - I only see them win if Seleucids are in a civil war or fight another diadochi, which shouldn't be the case because they are given enough means to do it, right? Well, problem pre-2 0 was that Parthians disbanded loads of event troops they got from the event because of their inability to financially support them
