I have no problems logging on to Patelco's website and downloading the transactions manually into Quicken But when I tried to add or update an account from Patelco into Quicken, it keeps telling me that the Quicken server is unable to communicate or connect

Unfortunately, I solved this the way I normally do, by disconnecting ALL accounts at the credit union from online services and then setting them up again Such a pain Patelco is working again, but alas others are not It is very frustrating that the banking downloads seldom work seamlessly anymore

That, and choosing Patelco-WC as the institution name instead of just Patelco allowed me to finally download current data Earlier I had followed the advice to reset all my accounts and then finally to remove all online info from all the Patelco accounts Now I will go back and re-enable 2FA for obvious reasons and will post a follow up afterwards

Once that has been done select Tools >Add, type in Patelco and select the "Patelco Credit Union" instance A visual example is below When your accounts have been found, make sure to select "LINK" instead of "Add" to avoid having duplicate accounts When you have a moment please attempt the steps above and let us know how it goes!
