- New from Peavey: Session-LTD 400 pedal - The Steel Guitar Forum
I have a Peavey Classic tube 50 50 rack mount power amp that would probably sound fantastic, but it's heavy 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Revelation preamp, Ibanez Analog Mini Delay and Hall Of Fame Reverb, Crown XLS 1002, 2- 15" Eminence Wheelhouse speakers, ShoBud Pedal
- NEW Peavey Nashville Session Amp coming soon - The Steel Guitar Forum
The new Peavey amps sounded great on the Main Stage at the TSGA Jamboree I noticed almost all of the players used the Peavey amps I wanted to see if anyone kept a log as to which players used the 12” , and which ones used the 15” They both sounded really good in the Peavey room when you did a side by side comparison
- Peavey 410 TX - TalkBass. com
I remember A Bing the Peavey 410 with the Goliath II in a music store back in the early mid 90's I had a couple of experienced ears on hand with me and it was hard to hear a difference between each cab, all listeners agreed I don't know if we are talking about the same Peavey cab, but the one I played looked exactly like the SWR IIRC
- Peavey 410 TVX 4ohms - TalkBass. com
The peavey 410txs are great value for money and great workhorses To me it sounds better with a firebass head then the eden head i have Very heavy compared to the eden setup but the peavey gives great clean sound I use the firebass and 410 and leave it at practice I believe it will work for years with no hassles and built very well
- Peavey TNT 100 - any thoughts? - TalkBass. com
I bought a Peavey TNT 130 when I was 19 and sold it when I was 33 It was LOUD, and so heavy I couldn't lift it by the handle alone I had the grab the handle, tilt the amp onto my thigh then lift it in a bear hug It sounded OK, but the weight was prohibitive 35-40kg (77-88lbs)
- One Year Review Gig Report - Peavey Max 208 | TalkBass. com
With this interation of Peavey's long running MAX series They've improved their construction over the previous series which imo was built kind of flimsy, especially with the controls which tbh was very unusual for Peavey Unlike the other amps in the current series The 208 offers neither a built in tuner nor an external cab out
- Peavey PR 10 Opinions. . . - TalkBass. com
I cannot find the specs for the PR 12 - the peavey site doesn't have it The PR 10 is 54Hz to 21kHz, which admittedly shows that it is not tuned for alot of bass I think the tuning generally has more to do with bass than the speaker size - I mean, I have an Ampeg combo with 4-8" drivers and it is the bassiest cab I own
- Peavey MiniMax pros cons? - TalkBass. com
After I ordered the Peavey MiniMax from Sweetwater I discovered over a half a dozen available for $349 on eBay available right now I'm a diehard Peavey fan and I'm so psyched about getting this amp! It is the epitome of efficiency--everything I need is included, including a "transtube" distortion circuit which emulates a tube distortion
