I go to the ca gov EDD Benefit Programs Online portal to login Once I successfully login to that portal, I'm given 3 options I pick the one for UI Online so I can manage my claim I'm taken to the UI Online landing page, where I have the options to "file a new claim," or "register or manage " I click the latter

I ended up creating a new EDD account entirely with a different email, verifying my ID and info, and it worked I didn't have to deal with the "enter last payment" once I had a new account
