Go for 25 Strength and 5 Stamina on character creation If you go with a Barbarian and plan on playing P99 for awhile and obtaining some high end gear, you could consider sacrificing some Strength for Stamina as Strength is a lot more common to find on gear But if you're primarily grouping then you want to focus on increasing Strength for DPS

To me, the biggest things the solo rogue lacks is exactly what the monk specializes in Rogues can’t split groups Rogues can’t drop aggro Rogues can’t mend Intimidate instill fear has yet to land for me IMO, the rogue should have been given a skill like feign death Or, evading should have a chance of making the mob turn its back to you

Examples like this make a twinked rogue very much a contender for s solo path Of course, it restricts you to certain mobs But so does being a ranger In the context of the OP, who wants to know if heavily twinking a Rogue can make it reasonably soloable, the answer is yes It is easy to solo a rogue to 55 when heavily twinked
