- Cannot log in into new device using work or school account
Go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School, click on Connect Don't sign into your work email yet Instead, click on "Join this device to Microsoft Entra ID" On the next step, you will be prompted to sign in, then you can sign in Once done, restart the computer and you can use "switch user" to sign in using the company email

I have discovered the Access Work or School setting in Windows 10 on my Surface I use it to access my OneNote When I login to the services it tells me that it gives my work a level of access to my device for management purposes What access does this give my work to my personal computer? Can they see what I have saved through out my PC?

Hi! I actually found this fix myself When you're in Settings > Accounts, scroll down to Access work or school and you'll see the work school account listed there You'll be able to remove it from that settings panel, vs Email accounts Hope this helps!

Hi, so I have tried removing one of my school accounts through the settings app, and the school account that I want to remove isn't even there When I go to settings and search "access work or school" only my current school account shows up I am a transfer student and so I no longer need my previous school's account
