Ok what gives? My protein shakes have gone lumpy!!! I tried shaking the lumps out and drank a quarter of one tetra pack but could not tolerate the texture I have 1 1 2 cases left now of lumpy shakes I suppose I could just take them back to Costco but I live at least an hour drive from the nearest one Has anyone else had them go lumpy?

I love the Pure Protein shakes from Costco, too, but am confused about them I had some that said "Worldwide Pure Protein Shake" on the can and are the Frosty Chocolate flavor They have 35g of protein 4g of carbs and 2g of sugar per can and are yummy

Ive been trying out different protein shakes out to see which ones would work best for me So far Atkins and the costco protein shakes taste so bad! Isnt there a tasteless protein powder I can add to other ingredients so it will taste better? HELP!

Wow - that is interesting I like the Costco premier protein shakes but they consitipation me to no end unless I mix 2 heaving tablespoons of Benefiber in them, which kind of ruins the convenience factor Glad this works for you though!

The shakes I got are Life brand from Shopper's but I'm sure the Premier ones from Costco are just as good, if not better About 2 weeks before my surgery I think I'll start taking a shake for lunch as well and just eat dinner
