In the US, pretty much all college admissions AND continued enrollment are conditional on good behavior, so hypothetically a college could rescind an acceptance or expel a student for a minor in possession charge, particularly if this was on school property (a frat party is ambiguous as that could be on or off campus) Now obviously there have been many more college kids charged than expelled
