RMC Accusporter Flintlock I traded a couple of old blackpowder guns I had lying around for an RMC Accusporter a few weeks back I have been more than impressed with the quality of the gun and how well it shoots 3 shot groups at 50 yards hovered in the 1 - 2" range Shot a few groups at 100 and they opened up a bit (more me than the gun)

Anyway I was thinking of switching to a RMC Accusport 50 caliber with a 1-48 twist green mountain barrel and LR lock I bought the 50 caliber years ago when RMC was changing owners, and I was lucky to get last one produced that had the set triggers

I've not seen the Bergara, but their bolt gun is quite accurate I have 2 10 22's One was built from a cheap standard model to be accurate and light that I use hunting The other was a Charger action I got stupid cheap used with a destroyed barrel (don't ask) and I build that into a small compact folding arm brace backpack gun for long hikes Of course both can use my 22 can and both are super

I am streamlining my line up so that I can get down to fewer calibers to purchase I love my Beretta 80x but it’s the only 380 I have So I have narrowed its replacement (a trade deal) down to - Beretta PX4 - Taurus 692 I have owned the Px4 before and I like the way it shoots It has larger capacity, and my other 9mm is single stack

RMC down in Mingoville is good for reloading supplies, and is THE place to go for muzzleloader stuff Millers between Lamar and Mill Hall is big Phil has a lot of stuff Huge selection of guns Mostly hunting guns, but some milsurp guns too Some things he's good on price, some things not You just have to walk around and look for deals

Here's a couple pics of a few of the "old" Stratford Conn manufactured Charter Arms revolvers These are an excellent value in the used gun market I've shot all of these and they work without flaws If you're in the market for a reliable and cost effective revolver, you owe it to yourself to look around for one of these
