3005215 is Rayya's Base ID 3005216 is the first COPY of the Rayya Base ID So, if you want to move an NPC to you, you must use the Ref ID since there are no Base ID's active in the game Problem is, when you do "Help Rayya" you only see the Base ID's The ONLY way to get an NPC's Ref ID is to bring up the console and CLICK on them
