We went from Redfish Lake to the Iron Creek Trailhead It ended up being 28 miles over 4 days 3 nights Not too many people in the backcountry, just around the trailheads and the popular day hiking areas lakes Let's get on with the photos! This is the lodge at Redfish Lake
- Pettit Lake to Redfish Lake (One Car) Need Help!
The current plan is to camp at Pettit Lake Campground, leave the car at the trailhead, and then possibly hitchhike from Redfish Lake Lodge However, my partner is understandably hesitant about hitchhiking Another idea is to see if there's a shuttle from Stanley to Pettit Lake and then from Redfish Lake back to Stanley

We bypassed about 4 5 miles of trail along Redfish Lake by taking a shuttle boat across the lake One of the big highlights for me along this route were the pretty lakes along the way; the Cramer Lakes (upper, middle, and lower), Hidden Lake, Edna Lake, Toxaway Lake, Twin Lakes, and Alice Lake , as well as some smaller unnamed lakes and tarns

Five of us - 4 from Houston Texas and a local from Ketchum - did a 3 1 2 day trek from Redfish Lake inlet to Pettit Lake (Tin Cup TH) during the week of August 18-22 The route was as follows: Tues: Redfish inlet to Cramer Lakes Wed: Cramer Lakes to Lake Edna Thurs: Lake Edna to Lake Alice via Toxaway Lake Fri: Lake Alice out to Pettit Lake

I like the front beaches for good table fish though, whiting, speckle trout, redfish, blue fish, flounder, and many others can all be caught right where you put your beach chair!! Good Luck and Y'all have fun!!
