Bing Rewards was a separate program that had some aspects of MSR (main one being points for searches) Xbox Live Rewards definitely existed (I have emails with that branding from 2014 to 2018); it was just separate and targeted at Xbox players as opposed to searchers Modified my post to include Bing Rewards

I don't know if they are all available in your country, but I combine Microsoft Rewards with Google Opinion Rewards, AttaPoll, Appinio and Prime Opinion They're more slow than MR but they do work and reward you eventually

It's easy to earn your way toward great Microsoft Rewards with Bing, just start searching Level 1 members can earn points for up to 10 searches each day and Level 2 members can earn points for up to 30 searches per day

I get that Rewards is likely low priority for Microsoft in terms of support but it almost seems non existent Virtually impossible to get any kind of non automated response from them I stick to my part of the deal in following terms and conditions of the programme and then treat customers like this

Sign someone else up as a family member, get them to do the searches and bonus points like you everyday and they can gift you up to 5000 points per month, my wife gifts me her points daily, so that's an extra 60 mobile search, 90 pc search and the 12 bonus points, then a combo of say 30-140 for the xbox app and bonuses on your rewards page
