As with a lot of people, I claimed the free copy of GTA V on the Epic Games Store I installed the game and then of course had to install the stupid launcher from Rockstar I can't play the game because the launcher doesn't even open, even though it still runs a process that I can see on the task manager I searched online and one of the first methods to solve it is to uninstall the launcher

The tutorial the other guy linked worked for me You just have to rename the Rockstar Games folder under Documents restart the launcher During the restart the launcher will create a new folder that works
