Hello I am debating this issue with a so called watch expert on the ebay forum This lady tells that the "OT SWISS TO" writing on some vintage dials means the dial is a custom out of catalogue She refers this thesis to Rolex watch dials I think this is completely false since the same writing is present on many other watch brands
