It’s not the best true crime podcast out there if you prefer strictly the facts without opinions (which I usually do) I prefer something more impartial, given to the listener straight without the added dramatic flair inserted viewpoints from the host That being said, Rotten Mango is certainly not the worst in the true crime podcast world

It’s technically a YouTube channel (sorry!) but I recently learned about KyotoRobato’s channel and binged all of his videos He has a focus on Japanese crime and mysteries that have little to no English sources You don’t have to watch the videos to understand what’s going on, at most he may have a clip from an interview

There was a lot of talk about Rotten Mango being mostly plagiarized when it first came out so I never listened But combining mukkbangs and true crime is worse than makeup-and-murder stuff At least the makeup ones can do their makeup without taking the focus off the case victims But there is no way to do that with a mukkbang

for me, i mainly listen to the podcast i was very used to the podcast so just the audio since i like to play her podcasts while doing something else mostly when i’m moving around and can’t stare at a screen her rotten mango videos are great but basically most of the video would just be of the same thing just her and her background so it
