Had similar issues after running SU7 Rudder movement in the sim was lethargic I would snap my CH Products rudder pedals from full left to right and in the sim, they would move the full range, but in their own sweet time The lag made taxiing "interesting" I fixed it by deleting the rudder pedal profile and creating a new one That sorted it out
