I neglected to mention those – any file stored in the "Nintendo 3DS" folder is encrypted and if you have a sav file copied from someone else's SD card, it will be completely useless to you (While it is possible to decrypt a sav file without unpacking it like Checkpoint does, this is very atypical and no one distributes sav files this way )
