- Cannot add client to ATO portal
Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to solve this problem - I have all the client details and they agree to a tax document issued by the ATO nbsp; When I go to add them to the tax agent portal under cleint name etc it says quot;Not provided quot; nbsp; and will not let me add them to my tax agent portal < p><p> nbsp;< p><p>Anyone else have this problem before?< p><p>Thanks< p>

The initial screen of the 'Tax agent portal' suddenly appears with a messy layout this afternoon, and the screen seems broken It seems to be an issue with the internet browser I've tried using both Chrome and Firefox, but the problem persists I've cleared all browsing data, cache, and history, but it hasn't been resolved

Once that is achieved the client then must go to the entity, in there my Gov ID and authorise you as a tax agent to add that client to your portal Once they've done that the client needs to advise you that all is good and then you have 28 days from when they have added you as the authorised agent to add the client entity to your tax agent’s portal
- How do you update the ATO for a new ESA for an SMSF?
BGL are saying that the ATO need to be informed of an updated ESA for an SMSF but I cannot find anywhere to do this within the ATO Tax Agent Portal I have done this before but cannot find my notes :-(
