Those mods are the ones that come packaged within SDV Expanded The JsonAssets based content pack which adds new items by SDV Expanded The SDV Expanded SAAT pack which holds the custom music, and so on I'd recommend deleting the "Mods Stardew Expanded" folder you have, and then reinstall the full SDV Expanded pack that you download
