Well there are mods that change outfits and weapons to be more like the older games, such as classic vault suits, ghouls, a bunch of new vegas weapons There is Mutants Menagerie which adds a load more creatures including some from Fallout 76 and the older games with lore primers and it generally feels "fallout"
